yo! holiday's ending! awwww... (sigh)
this holiday is really time for me to relax. i mean, i didn't even study! well, not for education, but i did read the Bible and now, i'm at the Book of Exodus.
anyways, there are still a lot of things i must do.. like reading othello for literature, helping the pastor in reading up about worldviews, etc. and there's only 2 days left for holiday! (today doesn't count because i still plan to relax today =P! i need it!!!)
drinking boost now.. green tea mango nectar. i just love this one. it's sweet and it has 2 of my favourite fruits: mango and banana.
last night, i watched "maya". it was nice, but the drama took up more than 3 hours of our time (including the queue)... i think if you put the show together (only the show), it'll take up barely 1.5 hours. it has a lot of technical problems. and i don't think can blame them. i think they haven't rehearsed at the stage before. because they keep complaining about the extremely small space they have in front of the curtains. anyways, the plot is not bad. i cannot say that it's the best drama piece, and that they have made me feel satisfied. for some reason, their promise for a "mind-blowing" performance was not delivered. however, i love their techniques for making the show interesting, like their dark room, and "puppet" show. both of them did blow my mind. if i were to grade this live production, considering it's live, i would rate 8.3/10. i have to say that i didn't waste the $15 on the show.
which reminds me: my cell group is still going on with the movie piece, and i'm developing a new plot (to change the cliche plot i had earlier). anyone who is interested in this, please tag me. melbourians (and foreign melbournians only) duh! hahaha! i don't think my singaporean friends want to stay in melbourne for this thing (you are welcome though if you want =P).
by the way, chandra, was it you acting as the robot in maya?
God bless you all!!!
